This morning, I was in search of surfers on my brief photoexpedition. None. However, I did find a a rusty fence. It reminded me that God can take the ugliest life, put it in the best place, and turn it all into something beautiful.
i was told that i hadn’t updated my blog in nearly a month. haha…. so i took a picture of my homemade dessert.
even the boardwalk can be a beautiful place. it’s all depends on how you look at it. sometimes you’ve got to seek out the beautiful, see past the ugly.
i spent a friday night at the boardwalk, shooting until my batteries died, seeking inspiration for my next photographic art pieces. mission accomplished.
on sunday, I made it over to the boardwalk to catch my first OC airshow. these aren’t the best pictures that i’ve ever shot, however…i think they turned out alright……..
for a point and shoot camera,
with a brightly lit sky,
and targets traveling hundreds of miles per hour.
a night on the town with my camera was well overdue. last weekend i finally said, “that’s it, time for a photo-vehicular safari”. car cruise in = ~3000 classic muscle cars.
so it was a crazy weekend of artistic endeavors! here’s a sneak peak at one of my paintings. it’s only a tiny bit, just enough to tease… i’m trying to figure out what photos I’m going to slaughter to aid in its completion. woot, got’s to love photographic art.
yes, i know……..it’s been a while.
but i’ve been busy working on my new photographic (he)art. I should have some finished works posted soon! but until soon arrives, here is a frost covered tulip to keep you entertained.
in my attempts to photograph something other than water, I’ve resorted to taking pictures of random things in my apartment. here is one of those pictures.
